Queen room I stayed at was great-sized and air conditioned with extremely comfortable beds. The location turned out to be wonderful, just next door to the La Garonne river.

The spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the Garonne was a tranquil escape for us, perfect for enjoying our evenings with self-poured local wines.
The lack of staff during peak hours created delays in service requests, frustrating given the otherwise peaceful setting.

Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were not accommodating. The location was great - close to restaurants and a stadium. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very, very nice and outstandingly accommodating...

Really helpful and very very helpful staff was available all the time. Our king room was equipped with a balcony and a refrigerator and a large lovely bathroom...
Facilities were modern, nonetheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

the chateau is fully refurbished with excellent bathrooms, pretty decor in the bedrooms with new wood floors
the reviews that comment on the location and soullessness are correct. about a 20-25 minute drive to bordeaux center. very well located to airport or to train station if you want to stay out of city center. we found only a couple restaurants in the blanquefort area...brasserie du medoc was quite good and reasonable!!! otherwise you have to drive to the quais or into town. only one staff member on duty, when we arrived we couldn't find anyone!!!

The elegant furnishings of the spacious room overlooking the river, unique in keeping with the château's charm. The pool area provided a refreshing escape, perfect for lazy afternoons with a charcuterie plate and some self-poured local wines.
The limited dining options were disappointing, especially since the hotel is pretty isolated. You can't really find anything nearby. There were issues with breakfast service, as items often ran low when they were needed the most. The lack of staff during peak times complicated service requests, and the noise from nearby events disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Finally, the high boat fares to get to Bordeaux seemed like a bit of a rip-off given the experience.

We had a grand time enjoying the stunning views of the Garonne river from our room. The self-service wine options made our evenings delightful. The only wee downside was the limited dining choices on-site. Still, it's a mighty spot for a relaxing getaway.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Claire expecially - as a new member of staff she went out of her way to ensure that we had a wonderfull stay. Lovely setting. Lovely building. Lovely room. What more can we say.
It would be nice if it had a bar and restaurant. The Booked.net directions were totally worng and took us hours out of our way on the other side of the river!
